Pliable rubber Pilates BodyBands come in a set of three resistance levels--light, medium, and heavy. The 40-minute Pilates BodyBand Workout video, featuring certified Pilates teacher Ana Caban, is an energizing multi-level program. Using a Pilates Body Band, you can follow one of three people on the workout tape, each performing movements with a different resistance level. As your ability and fitness levels increase, you can increase the BodyBand resistance too. The Gaiam Pilates Body Band Kit includes a set of three four-foot long Pilates Body Bands and the Pilates Body Band Workout video.
